AdriaCircle provides a platform for networking and communication. We do not guarantee:
the identity, credibility, or reliability of any user,
the accuracy of user-posted information,
the success of any business opportunity, investment, partnership, or transaction.
Any dealings between users are at their own risk.
All platform content, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, and software, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to AdriaCircle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
The Services may include links to third-party websites, tools, payment providers, analytics services, or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or practices.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Croatia, Slovakia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
